Please take a moment to carefully review the following Return and Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Return Policy of Astrabyte

• Products are eligible for return within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and free from any physical damage or scratches.

• All original packaging, including tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and freebies, must be returned in undamaged condition.

• Products that are used, altered, or modified in any way after delivery will not be eligible for return.

• Change of mind is not a valid reason for returning a product.

• If the product received is damaged due to courier mishandling, please do not accept the delivery. If accepted, any resulting issues such as hardware damage will be the customer's responsibility.

Refund Policy of Astrabyte

• Once the returned product is received, our technical team will inspect the item.

• Products returned in unsuitable condition will not be eligible for refund and may be returned back to the customer.

• For eligible cases, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and will be returned through the same payment channel used by the customer at the time of purchase (e.g., bKash or Nagad) and for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via bKash or Nagad as preferred by the customer.

• Transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable also any cashback or promotional discounts applied during the purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
